Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 30 day policy for refund on products ordered from naturalhemp.com. If you wish to return your unused, unopened Natural Hemp Co products, please email us at info@naturalhemp.com. We will process your return for a refund if it is sent within the 30 day window. 

 

For proof of purchase we ask that you please include your order number, full name and phone number, email address, and a brief description of the reason you are returning the product(s) in your email to us.

 

We only accept returns for products purchased on Naturalhemp.com. If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

 

Products can be sent back to Natural Hemp Company, 6960 Centinela Ave. Culver City, CA 90230. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you believe your refund is late or missing, please be sure to check your bank account again as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have checked your account and contacted your credit card company and still have not received a refund, please let us know at info@naturalhemp.com.
